Your use of these services through HowdyCal is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models and prompts, and branding, is owned by Chris Lambert. Your calendar data and personal information remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy solely to provide and improve the Service.

We aim to keep HowdyCal available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google Calendar at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability and Indemnification) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of HowdyCal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.
